As a spin off from Technical University of Munich we married scientific impact measurement and management (IMM) with modern technology. leonardo saves cost and all the headaches that come along with drafting your evidence-based impact report.

In-person interviews

Leverage individuals with the most contextual & cultural experience – your own local staff. We train your team to conduct interviews effectively and sensitively in order to collect data accurately using our software on any mobile device.

Alternatively we offer third party enumerators who can fully manage the process or augment your team.

Phone interviews

We train your staff to collect data efficiently by calling your customers / beneficiaries.

We offer third party phone surveys for any country to be conducted by our experienced research partner, who has collected data from over 2 billion respondents globally.

Digital surveys

Send out short but regular surveys automatically via text, Whatsapp or email. Include incentives to respondents (mobile money, airtime, gift cards, lotteries) to boost response rates.

The leonardo Impact Study not only meets the needs of our various stakeholders, but also empowers us to take action beyond reporting. We gained some interesting insights through the interactive dashboard. For instance, disaggregating by sex revealed a stark contrast: females in the business sector exhibit significantly lower life satisfaction compared to males. Such nuanced findings are not possible from static reports.
